I have been a big fan of this chef for a long time. Great prices fast meltingly amazing food. And a warm atmosphere. You may have to wait a bit but it is all worth it

We got all momos - steamed beef & chive then fried beef and fried chicken. I loved the beef & chive and the fried chicken. The beef wasn't my favorite as they added celery which was new. I reccomend getting the hot sauce and be careful because the spice hits you a little after you eat it I have a fairly small to average stomach and think one plate of momos and dessert is plenty for me

Server was very nice and friendly. Everything tasted ok but all i cared was for their fried momo to taste good.. which it did. It tasted awesome.

Delicious. I have tried most of the menu and have not been disappointed. Spice levels can vary depending on the day. Very friendly service but, I have to agree that it can be slow at times. Worth it.

Best momos I've ever had.

Tried Beef, beef & chive, chicken, and personally liked the beef & chive the best. I like the size of the momos, which were a bit smaller than what I usually see, which made for a better ratio - don't worry, they made up for size by giving you more momos per order.

There was also a very delicious spicy sauce that was peppery and had a kick, but did not over power.

I've been a patron of this restaurant since it opened, and a patron of their original hole-in-the-wall eatery.
- CHIVE momos: I cannot seem to find another Tibetan place that delivers the way Lhasa does on their chive momos. It is always stuffed to the brim with chives, and really what else can you ask for?
- VEGETARIAN THENTUK: You order this if you want great hand cut noodles in soup. The veggies in the soup differ, and the broth is good, but the noodles are the stars.
- VEGETARIAN CHOWMEIN: The spicy level in this dish can lack consistency (compared to original storefront). But if you let them know how spicy you want it, they'll pay more attention. But again, the noodles and stir fry veggies here are well worth it.

Great spot and great value for your money.

Can I get a woop woop for soup soup!

What a bright and cheery inside. I was pleasantly surprised to see such a welcoming interior from the same owners as Lhasa Fast Food in Jackson Heights. This location however has more ample seating and no need to navigate around the electronics store and scavenger hunt to find the bathroom( though it's all part of the charm haha).

As today was warm, I got the beef noodle soup complete with Bok Choy, lots of ginger, and very fresh noodles with a nice spring too them. I was tempted to try the Pork Rib Soup but alas the waitress said it's as marinated in red onion which I am allergic to. Oh well. I can't wait to hear how that was.

Impressively the giant and hearty bowl of soup was only $8 as were most of the dishes. They have the momos and and all of the classic noms of their other location.

Summary: come here for ample seating and all the ji joys of momos and noodle soups!

One of my friends posted this place on their Instagram and the food looked amazing ( they got the pork momos and pork thenthuk), so I became interested! I was super excited for their vegetarian options because there's not many places where me and my friends can eat because they do not have vegetarian options. But this place they have options for meat eaters and non meat eaters which I appreciate a lot!! The food was delicious I almost finished it all but I was so full!! It is so filling and def not too pricey on your pockets if you want a little meal or date night !!
